For big events, we encourage a face-to-face meeting to get it all straightened out and lined up. Let us know what works for you and we will be happy to meet you. Lucky was started on the premises of wanting to create a company that does great work and is a great place to work.  We will oversee your needs from initial consultation to final delivery. We don’t rest until you’re delighted. At Lucky, people care a lot about each other, and for our clients, as we toil away 24/7 solving your most challenging problems. Our services for events range from creating fun, eye-catching flyers; booking lodging, coordinating meals, making itineraries for large regional events; fundraising efforts; recruitment; applications; setting up and tearing down parties; coming up with ideas and themes for the best party we can dream up and then making them a reality; to secretly decorating and organizing a surprise party or dinner while you are away on a hike... lets dream it up and our Lucky Event Assistants will make it a reality!

LUCKY Events

Payment- Transparent, Sticking to Your Budget, Easy, Secure

When the event is complete, Lucky will send you an invoice for the work via e-mail. Our costs are transparent:

  • All Lucky Event Assistant tasks run between $25 - $45/hour with a minimum of 15 minutes charged. Easy stuff (set-up and break-down) is $25, harder items (like design work for flyers) run $45/hour.
  • We love budgets, and we almost always stick to them! Tell us what you have to spend and we will help you get the services that match!
  • We bill in 15 min increments of time.
  • Any items purchased is a direct bill to you (no up sale or extra fees).
  • Any events completed outside of Durango City limits will have an additional charge of .56 cents per mile 

      (per Federal IRS 2014 Standard Mileage Standards).

Our clients safety and ease-of mind is a top priority! As such, we vet all our Lucky Assistants, who undergo identity and criminal record checks as well as in-person interviews. Every task is insured up to $1,000,000.
